Grilled corn is the perfect side dish for summer meals, and you can dress it up for a party.

Corn is one of those perfect summer veggies that go well with just about everything. Cooking corn on the cob on your grill is really easy too!

You can soak the corn cobs, husks on, in water and then place them directly on a rack on the grill while the rest of your meal is cooking. Avoid placing it directly on the grill though, as it will burn. Or you can wrap husked corn cobs in foil and cook over indirect heat until tender.

Dress your corn on the cob up for parties by serving it with flavored butters or other condiments. Lemon juice, lime juice, a dash of hot sauce or fresh herbs also add to both the presentation and flavor.

For a simple but elegant side, mix 1 tablespoon softened butter with 1/4 teaspoon paprika per ear of corn. Pull back the husks of the corn, removing the silk, and spread the seasoned butter over the corn kernels. Sprinkle buttered corn with fresh lemon juice.

Pull the husks back up to cover the corn; wrap in foil and grill until tender.

Try this quick and easy method as an accompaniment to your Christmas in July fare, as a great addition to a Block Party, or to dress up your Barbequed Burgers.
