These nifty barbeque utensils and accessories make grilling a snap. These are must-haves for the outdoor party host!

Grilling has come a long way since I was a kid. In our backyard, we had a charcoal-fueled hibachi which my parents and grandparents used to cook burgers, hot dogs, chicken, sausages, and steak. There weren't many other foods that ever saw the hot side of a grill in those days!

Now, more and more people are discovering the ease and versatility of the grill. Outdoor kitchens are becoming more popular, and almost any food you can think of that can be cooked can be done on the barbecue.

With such a booming market, it's no wonder that there are literally hundreds of barbecue utensils, accessories, and additions that are designed to make the outdoor chef's job easier. For the party host, these products promise ease of use and numerous options for side dishes, main dishes, and even desserts.

For example, this stainless potato grill rack cuts down on waste since you don't have to wrap the potatoes in foil, and leaves lots of room on the top of the grill for the main course. Or check out this rib rack, which greatly reduces the mess left on a grill when cooking ribs, and takes up far less space than the traditional method.

The kebab fork is a great new way to cook kebabs on the grill, and would make a fun presentation when plated. If you want to try something a little different, you can grill whole onions, apples or pears, or even a head of cabbage with these barbecue rings.

If there's something you want to grill, chances are that there's a handy tool made just for your purpose!
