Please help. I have 10 guest coming this Friday for dinner. I am not sure how many dishes I should make, I was thinking something like 7 dishes, is that enough????

Hi jayruiz!

It depends on what types of dishes you're serving. If you've got a basic main course, make enough for everyone and then add crusty bread or dinner rolls, a salad and/or soup, and then something for dessert.

If it's buffet-style, you might want to add a couple of different main dishes so your guests have a selection to choose from.
